In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ace65", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ace65 platform, its operators, and its associated entities responsible for delivering the online betting and casino services accessible at ace65.asia.
• "Platform" refers to the ace65 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all digital services made available under the ace65 brand.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the ace65 platform and is accessing services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon successful registration, linked to a verified identity and payment method.
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds, settled winning amounts, and applied bonus credits currently held within a Member's ace65 account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or incentive amounts awarded to a Member subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements relevant to the Member's jurisdiction of residence at the time of use.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency denomination used for all financial transactions on the ace65 platform.

References to a singular form shall include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the minimum extent required to resolve the conflict, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ace65 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ace65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned via the original payment method subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ace65 platform is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering an account. ace65 makes no representations as to the legal status of online gambling in any particular location outside of Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Process

To become a Member, you must complete the ace65 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your real name, a valid date of birth, a current and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active ace65 account only. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ace65 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible business practice. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of ownership of your stated payment method at any point during your membership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by ace65 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace65 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ace65 will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted via your account using your credentials will be treated as your activity, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

3.2 Suspicious Activity Notification

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ace65 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel or by emailing [email protected]. ace65 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.

3.3 Account Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your ace65 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and all withdrawable balances must be processed. Account closure requests linked to a responsible gaming concern (including self-exclusion) will be processed immediately without any waiting period.

3.4 Account Closure by ace65

ace65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is reasonable cause to believe that a Member has: breached these Terms & Conditions; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; or attempted to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game. In such cases, ace65 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Members based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ace65 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Bangladesh, or international wire transfers.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. ace65 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ace65 account balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment in standard operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. ace65 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of ace65.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within an average of 15 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one (1) business day. ace65 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where a withdrawal request exceeds ৳10,000 or where the account has not previously completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in the same name as the ace65 account.

4.5 Responsible Deposits

ace65 encourages all Members to set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a deposit limit is applied, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 48 hours.

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ace65 platform are binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming. ace65 will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in Section 5.3 below.

5.2 Odds and Market Integrity

Odds displayed on the ace65 platform are set at the time of market creation and are subject to fluctuation in line with market conditions, particularly for in-play betting markets. The odds available at the precise moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your settlement. ace65 does not retroactively adjust odds after a bet has been accepted.

5.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned prior to the statutory minimum completion period; a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered; or official results are reversed by the relevant sporting authority. In all void cases, the original stake amount will be credited back to your account balance within 24 hours of the voiding decision.

5.4 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games offered on the ace65 platform — including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games (such as those provided by Spribe), and instant-win titles — are governed by their respective game-specific rules published within each game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game's information panel.

5.5 Maximum Win Limits

ace65 reserves the right to apply a maximum win cap on individual bets or game sessions. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be clearly stated within the relevant betting market or game rules. Any winnings that exceed an applicable maximum win cap will be paid only up to that cap, and the excess will not be credited.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ace65 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail only for the subject matter of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of their validity period.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

ace65 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed primarily to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; and collusion with other Members to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, ace65 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The ace65 welcome bonus, where active, is available to new Members upon their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per person, once per household, and once per device. Members who have previously held an ace65 account under any name or payment method are not eligible for a new-member welcome bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace65 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal or financial information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not available to human players.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping in live casino games.
• Attempting to launder money through the ace65 platform by cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace65 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ace65 account.

ace65 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally. Any suspicious financial activity observed on the platform will be reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

ace65 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour among all Members. The following tools and policies are available to every registered Member at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you of the time you have spent gaming.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days) during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the ace65 platform at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace65 platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered Member. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the ace65 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ace65 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the ace65 platform.
• Use the ace65 brand name or logo in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the ace65 platform on any other website or digital service.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. ace65 operates all such content under valid licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace65 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special — arising from or in connection with your use of the ace65 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
• Errors in displayed odds, market prices, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the ace65 platform that is subsequently corrected or updated.

In all circumstances, ace65's aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ace65 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, ace65 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ace65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ace65.asia/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, device identifiers, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have consented to receive them.

ace65 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) under strict data processing agreements, and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

ace65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted on the ace65 platform homepage or via a notification to your registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the ace65 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

12.2 Termination by ace65

ace65 may suspend or terminate your account and these Terms & Conditions at any time with immediate effect if you breach any provision herein, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any balance subject to an active investigation may be withheld pending the conclusion of that investigation.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the ace65 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. ace65 operates a good-faith dispute resolution process; Members are encouraged to contact [email protected] before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published on the ace65 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace65 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
